(45g) desiccated coconut flakes
Instructions
Heat a large frying pan on medium low heat.
Add coconut and allow to sit, watching for the edges to brown.
Once it starts browning, stir the coconut frequently until you achieve the desired coloring and flavor.
Notes
Use any amount of coconut you desire.
If you are using sweetened coconut, it will brown very quickly and can burn easily so watch carefully.
