This is a simple recipe to make. Make chocolate banana muffins by hand without a mixer. A few bowls, a spoon and a muffin tin is all you need. You’ll spend more time doing the dishes than creating the recipe. Within 1/2 hour, have a delicious and nutritious muffin in your hand ready to eat.
You can substitute the flour for gluten free or low carb flour quite nicely. Almond or rice flour works out really well. Add in some nuts, dried fruit or chocolate chips to customize them.
