Oven-roasted potatoes are easy to make, crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. Use any variety of seasonings once you learn how to bake these tasty spuds!

Ingredients
2medium(290g) potatoes
2tbs(30mL) oil
1tsp(5g) salt
1tsp(3g) paprika
½tsp(2g) black pepper
½tsp(2g) garlic powder
¼tsp(1g) mustard powder
¼tsp(1g) onion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F (180C.)
Rinse potatoes under cool water and dry.
Skin may be peeled or left on. Slice potatoes into 1/2" (1.25cm) cubes.
In a large bowl or bag, add 2 tbs (30mL) oil. Toss potatoes until well coated.
Add in spices and toss.
Line on a non-stick pan without touching. If your pan isn't non-stick, spray with cooking spray or line with parchment.
Bake 30 minutes, remove from oven and flip potatoes over for an even browning. Bake an addition 30 - 45 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved. Serve while warm.
Notes
You can omit or add any spices you like. If you desire to use fresh spices, add when only 10 minutes left to bake to prevent scorching.
