This is a pizza dough without yeast and only takes around five minutes to prepare. Have a meal within 20 minutes. Perfect for those busy days and fun to make with the family. This recipe makes one 8" pizza crust.

Ingredients
⅔cup(100g) self-rising flour
¼cup(60mL) warm water
1tbs(15g) oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F (220C.)
In a small bowl, add all ingredients and stir approximately 30 times until a shaggy dough forms.
Remove from bowl, place on counter and press into an 8" (20cm) circle.
Place on a well greased pan, add toppings and bake 12 - 17 minutes or until golden brown on edges and toppings are melted.
Notes
You can substitute with all-purpose or bread flour. Simply use equal amounts and add 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
