This is sugar cookie is dressed up with walnuts and cinnamon and makes a wonderful fall dessert.

Ingredients
1 ¼cups(187.5g) flour
½cup(113g) softened butter
½cup(100g) sugar
½cup(56g) chopped walnuts
¼cup(56g) brown sugar
1large(50g) egg
1tsp(5mL) vanilla
1tsp(2g) cinnamon
½tsp(3g) baking soda
½tsp(2.5g) salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F (190C.)
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
In large bowl, beat softened butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour mixture just until blended. Fold in walnuts
Drop 1 tbs batter onto a cookie sheet 2" (5cm) apart.
Bake 8 - 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
