An easy way to make crackers and a great use for leftover sourdough starter. These spicy little crackers will be great as they are or with toppings. You'll be making them often they are so simple to do and delicious!

Ingredients
½cup(50g) sourdough starter
½cup(75g) flour
2tsp(10mL) oil
1tsp(5g) salt
1tsp(2g) chili powder
1tsp(2g) cayenne powder
½tsp(1g) mustard powder
¼tsp(1g) garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F (180C.)
In a bowl, combine all the spices and sourdough together.
Mix in the flour until a stiff dough forms.
Roll dough out into a thin rectangle, about 1/16 - 1/8" thick (2-4mm.) Cut into 45 crackers about 1" square.
Poke holes in each cracker and place on a baking sheet close together but not touching.
Brush the tops of each cracker with oil. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack completely. Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
